Thought he was very good myself. Funny that it's insinuated Sanchez made a difference. I thought Sanchez was quite poor.

I wouldn't class Monreal's cut-back as Monreal chickening out, I actually love when he does that, it's been effective on many occasions.
King of the cut back from the by-line is Monreal.

It's no where NEAR "chickening out". It was a perfect cut back for Theo. Attempting an overhead volley is far more difficult that side footing it for a player.

Pretty sure Biggus wouldn't have called it that if he knew it was Monreal doing it, and not Ozil as he thought.

True Mesut would have been better off refusing the shirt swap with Kondogbia but I'm not going to call him a "c***" for doing so.

Paul Scholes nearly blew a gasket over it so that then caused me to take Mesut's side.

Weirdly Biggus you share many of the same opinions as the Ginger one.

Monreal is a left back and didn't cost 43m little is expected from him in an attacking sense.

I see things like half time shirt-swapping as an issue for the club.

Don't think too much worse of the player - Santos going for the swap with Van Persie at half time did seriously take the mick, though - but I do think the club should step in and discipline them, or otherwise make it clear it's not the Arsenal way etc.

Those two situations are not compareable at all.

I don't think they're identical at all, and I don't think there's much harm done in any case, but I do think the club should simply tell the players not to do it.

God knows the reaction if Ozil had a game like Sanchez yesterday, people are getting on his back after a good game!

Thought Ozil had a good game personally. Like Santi, he kept things moving and kept probing, which was important in the grand context of things.
