A travesty JET is so thick and couldn't apply himself. He could have become a phenomenal player. That ridiculous size and physique combined with deft technique, skills and a nose for goal.

I never got closure as to why we sold him so prematurely back in 2011!

Yeah, he was big and strong for his age back then. The only place he actually played half decent was when he was playing in League One. That tells me enough. Thats where his ultimate level was.

I get it when you pick up a cheap back up like holding had no idea what was going on around him. But he's cheap and filling a gap. I just can't understand how we spend big on someone that didn't excell at anything.

Claudius he was error prone but was part of the 2020 fa cup winning side, he had some good moments too. Way worse defenders than him over the years : Squillaci, Slyvestre, Cygan, that over the hill full back from Juve we signed. So much shit.

Speedster wasn't he one of the hottest CBs in the Bundesliga at the time? Same with Kolasinac being in the team of the season. Signings from that league are really hit and miss and it seems to catch out basically every club so hard to blame the scouts too much.

Lichtsteiner. Rubbish for us but a few months before joining he was great for Juve vs "The Tottenham" so I was excited he joined.

Cygan was better than Mustafa by a distance.
