Speedster wasn't he one of the hottest CBs in the Bundesliga at the time? Same with Kolasinac being in the team of the season. Signings from that league are really hit and miss and it seems to catch out basically every club so hard to blame the scouts too much.

With Cygan the chaotic nature of the PL and his lack of pace exposed him. But remember he looked so much more comfortable in the CL.

Mustafi was bad but I think the whole team was bad, we didn't have a clue how to defend as a unit and our CBs were always exposed.
