So much exaggeration. Got to get used to it, like the level of the team.
Our problems:
we had no CB cover going into the season. We lost our best defender, and since then our defense is a horror show. That reflects on the entire team.
We had no real DM going into the season. Coupled with the first problem, this is a recipe for perpetual calamity. Or what we are experiencing right now, in other words.
Our players individually play below their level, or are absent (from the start of the season):
Kos - out, Ozil - out (and horrible before that), Ramsey - horrible (and out some time), Jack - out, and only now catching up, Per - off, Giroud - out, Ox (not including last 2 weeks) off, Debuchy - out. (that basically leaves Gibbs and Sanchez. And maybe Welbeck and Cazorla, who are hardly excelling, and Chez and Nacho. No, I'm not joking 🙁 ).
We are mentally weak - so weak it's hard to believe the words "mental strengs" were uttered in french accent. Many reasons for that, but the glaring flaws in the first two items of the list are key - the players themselves know it.
Other reasons. motivation/ambition would be the first among those on my list, but tactical preparation and match management also come here. yes, this list is by order of importance.
Are we getting a run of form (later, when we've enjoyed our customary black November)?
Well - absolutely possible. Mainly because we really do have a good team - not Chelsea or City good, but still comfortably better than all others (dunno about Manure, TBH). And he probably would do an emergency January thang for 4th.
