Not signing this guy was the main reason I threw that megastrop on deadline day. We ain't getting him now, he'll go to Barca or Real Madrid, or worse still, one of the our rivals here. We've missed our chance, and he was so perfect, we should have moved heaven and earth to sign him this summer.

I don't know. I think we're a likely destination irrespective of what happens. Barca won't buy him, I can't see why Real would throw serious money on him at the moment and United and City don't have room for him. Chelsea perhaps. But we're in a good spot if we're actually willing to splash the cash.

If we scrape in to the Champions league and ALL the top clubs in Europe dont want him, we might have a chance. That's if we're interested and/or are prepared to pay what Lille want.

Real Madrid didn´t need Sahin this summer. Man City don´t need Tevez, Dzeko, Aguero and Adebayor. Chelsea certainly didn´t need Lukaku considering the players they already had.

All I am saying is that if any of the mega rich clubs feel that Hazard may turn out to be better than what they have, they may very well want him. IF one or more of City, Chelsea, Madrid, Inter, Barcelona should want him - we really don´t stand much of a chance to land one of the most talented young players in Europe. It´s not like we are competing for trophies or something like that...

January. That´s our final chance I reckon. Next summer a few of the petrol clubs will be in the market for a player like Hazard. In January they might still think that what they have is enough to win. Come next summer a lot of those clubs will know differently.

Chelsea and City certainly needed the players they signed. Real wouldn't have bothered with Sahin if it wasn't for the low fee and the fact that he wanted to go.

Chelsea could use Hazard. They would go in for him. And for all the talk about Cleverly, if Ferguson gets to Xmas and feels that Rooney is carrying too much of a playmaking burden, then he could go I'm for Hazard.

Cole looking like Maradona in his first game does put the Hazard hype into perspective somewhat. I still want Hazard here though, we need a livewire like him.
