you're right, but you don't press high and play a deep back line. you either press high and keep a high line, or you sit back and play a deep line.
carvalho would be a great addition. beefs us up on set pieces (at both ends), and would give our midfield a better balance of qualities. and we have a team that is built to play on the counter with ozil, sanchez and walcott with ramsey trailing.
that's something we need to be able to do against the good teams.
