If this would happen, it would be a solid signing.

As in Mertesolid, Kosolid or Santosolid?

havent seen much of him apart from the world cup. looked like a decent 3rd choice option

kosolid:egg:

The guy is a warrior. Don't take shit from no one type.

You do know the code:
Merte=ready now
Kos=ready in 2 years.

I know, that's why I said kosolid.

Reminds me of me.

Think it would be an excellent signing. Only seen him three times, but he looked class in Brazil. Similar to Kos.

Really?
Can't say i noticed him but, then again, nobody notices defenders on shit teams unless they are spectacularly shite.

Really. I even commented on it in the world cup threads here. Thought he looked excellent.

But, as I said, only seen him 3-4 times. Not sure if that is his regular level.

If a Greek channel says it's done, it's done. Greek TV is usually spot on, as evidenced by this weather report:

I'll be happy with this guy + carvalho. That'll set up the squad for years - aside from a striker.

it's like a country run by 13yr old boys.

Who claims kebabs?
Turks or Greeks?

Both. They both claim Greek Turkish salad as well.

Karembeu on Manolas: "In the last few days interesting proposals have arrived from England. If we receive right offer we're willing to sell"

Could easily be Man United. Presumably they'll be competing with us on 80% of the CBs we're in for now they've missed out on Vermaelen.

UK Indians make the best kebabs on the planet. Turkish kebabs are rubbish.

He also said jive made an offer.but there holding out for the first club to pay £8m. He's only 23 so that's not a terrible price.

According to Di Marzio Juve is giving up on Manolas thanks to our intrest and have agreed terms with Luisao instead.

That's twice we've beaten the Old Lady to a player this summer now.

Feels great to be able to outmuscle top clubs in the tranny market.

There is no money in Italian football now. Back in the day Italy was the place all top players wanted to ply their trade; how the mighty have fallen.

Turkish tantunis are great though.

The Euro crushed the Italian economy. No more devaluating the Lira...

Beyond that, football is a global thing now, and Italian football as a global product is nowhere near as attractive as English football.

Everything from the language to the packaging to the quality of the transmission to how entertaining matches are for neutrals is superior in the English game.

I've been calling the current status quo since 2002 or so.

I think shoes when I ses his name.
Would he challenge Per and Kos?
How would he be if called upon having had to sit out a few months worth of games?
