He's not really injured all the time though, is he?
Almost. Saw the stat that he only played in 52% of all available league games throughout his career
that's perfect. maybe he and diaby could coordinate their trips to the treatment table and we get a whole season.
With all of Khedira's games and all of Diaby's games put together we would still land at 52%.
have a feeling bayern may get him since javi martinez did his knee
Twitter also claiming Khediras agents flying to London tomorrow to talk with us. Fee agreed with Madrid, personal terms agreed verbally.
who on twitter? some 12yr old kid?
find it hard to believe we'll sign both khedira and manolas.
Think its originally from Mirror, but now the legend himself Ben Fairthorne is discussing it with the wife-swapper Trevor.
quote tweeted at 11:24 PM on Sat, Aug 16, 2014: Agents of Khedira flying over tomorrow to meet Arsenal only. Very early stages. Player and club long way off on wages.[/quote]
:hmm: :hmm: :hmm:
And its not unrealistic at all. Didnt Wenger even mention it at a presser a while ago that he is looking for a CM/CB and would either go for one player who can play both or two players.
Doubt it, Ramsey, Arteta and Ozil all have their positions virtually nailed down. I could see us getting Carvalho and preparing him to replace Arteta over the season but Khedira isn't going to waste a season waiting in the wings.
I think Khedira would occupy the spot where Wilshere started today and Özil would come in for where Cazorla was.

I agree.
I'd hate to see us play like that tbh
We already did today and Wilshere and Cazorla were exactly the weakest players on the field.
But Ramsey prefers to play deeper anyway, so that's Wilshere out of the team.
I think there's a lot about an Arteta-Khedira-Ramsey midfield that is appealing, even if it moves Özil out wide. Height, powerful dribbling, pressing, more men behind the ball in big games... he would add a different dimension to our play.
Yeah. Özil can easily playmake from the left while offering a goal threat also, but that midfield looks too good.
It's a terrible compromise in my opinion. Would shift both Ramsey and Özil away from the roles they excel at.
Dont think so at all. Özil will slot in at ease in the position Cazorla played today.
Ramsey will have to play even more on the front foot than today. Like he did against City. Khedira will allow it.
