Ramires isn't much worse than Khedira anyway.

Seems like a greedy fucker to me but depends on what his demands are I guess, he wouldn't be the first centre mid that Madrid have undervalued.

I think we might be in for him and it would explain partially why we haven't signed anyone else but I'm not convinced.

Maybe but I don't think Khedira is world class either. Ramires works harder and has greater athleticism. Khedira has a more refined technical game and intelligence. It depends on what you prefer. Reckon Jose would go for the former.

Cesc has played as one of the 2 CMs for Chelsea the whole of pre-season. Don't think they will sign Khedira.

Really? I thought they would give Fabregas a no.10 role and have Ramires and Matic behind clearing the mess. If he's a part of the two man midfield and then they've got someone like Willian/Hazard/Oscar behind Costa I don't think it'll work as well.

I think they would be favourites to sign Khedira. What they 'need' doesn't often come into it. They'll just loan somebody out if they need to. They can give him the wages he wants and I can see him being the style of player Mourinho would like.
