Impressive come back. Schneiderlin would be a good signing, but Khedira would be an even better signing. Class player.
Still have my reservations about him. Mainly that he wouldn't help free flowing football but then he's a very functional player. The type that wouldn't bottle it at old Trafford or Stamford bridge
Personally I think there are few midfielders with so much defensive intelligence around who also have such an accomplished all-round game. Khedira is a monster in the air too. Could really use him at setpieces since we no longer have Sagna.
He's a big bloke too.
Khedira is probably Real Madrid's most underrated player.
Khedira has been made a scapegoat by the Madridistas too and he apparently feels very hard done by. Certainly think a deal can be made there.
Who's been linking us to him? Anyone worth listening to? It would be a massive signing for us I think.
What does Kike say?
Says he doesn't know 🙂
Real Madrid doesn't understand DMs. Just ask the legend Makalele. Bring this guy in. Khedira, Debuchy, Sanchez and I start to feel happy about the summer
Start? 🙂 I'd be kind of thinking we'd win the league if we signed that trio without losing any of our current squad.
Some people are harder to please than others :egg:
Would love Khedira here if he could defend/was a DM.
He is ...
Nope. He is a box to box player. We need a dedicated DM like Martinez or Schneiderlin to support Ozil and Ramsey..
The slight problem there is Martinez and Schneiderlin are both box to box midfielders, not DM's.

won't be happy until i see Messi, Cavani and Vidal riding into town.

No they aren't! Both sit deep. Khedira runs all over the place.
Have you seen Khedira before he moved to Madrid? As defensive a midfielder it gets for Stuttgart.
Schneiderlin is more box to box, Martinez is definitely a DM.
