They're not the types who just read the papers though. Have defended Oezil, Benzema, etc. in the past.
I get that Khedira is big + fast and a good footballer but his passing really isn't very good. He has the skill set of a box to box player and is best making runs and pressing high up the field. How are we going to play Khedira and Ramsey in CM without going 4-3-3 and keeping Arteta behind them? Right now we're very reliant on a holding player distributing the ball in transition and keeping a disciplined position to cover Ramsey and the fullbacks. I'd trust Wenger to figure it out if this happens but there's a lot of questions for me. And Schneiderlin really looks a very good player on the verge of stepping up, and is much cheaper and better suited to the team.
