Cuadrado has been used all over the shop at Fiorentina; he has played at RB, CM, right flank, left flank, and through the middle. 11 goals and 5 assists in the league this season is pretty damn good too, especially since he has been moved around so much all over the pitch.
I rate him highly, like Klaus i've tipped him to rip it up at the world cup. But he definitely has a touch of the Gervinho daftness about him. However he's also more capable of great moments and shouldn't collapse under pressure like Gerv did. Has an absolute rocket of a right foot.
I haven't seen him play right back for quite a while either...not sure he's suited for the position.

Cuadrado is absolutely class. Involved in a game WAY more than James, who is a luxury player good against crap teams but goes missing when the going gets tough. Cuadrado is ready for the big leagues.

He was brilliant on the left wing for Monaco last season.
Monaco paid £40m for James Rodriguez a year ago, so I think we can forget about him.
