Lad I know says Giroud will hands down win a race with Sturridge now that his calf's are destroyed. A fully fit Sturridge would have been dream worthy in our team.

Truth be told, liverpool played stur-itch injured that season they wer going for the title under rodgers. He got a big joint injury that should ahve been 6-12 weeks. He took pain killing injections and returned to play in 3 days. Hes been fooked since and they came 2nd the gamble didnt pay off but you can see why they risked it.

You can see it in games, I'm surprised more haven't picked up on it.

A Friend, and he is a Liverpool supporter. I've recently asked him what would Klopp do if Wenger was to offer say, £30m for Sturridge, and he said Klopp would bite his hand off.

Pool fans generally love Sturridge but wouldn't mind seeing him go if the money was right.

PSG apparently in talks with Morata, L'Equipe claim their DoF has met Morata's agent twice in the last ten days. That's us blown out of the water if we ever were in it.

Makes sense too, PSG are one of the very few clubs who could pay what Real want and still give him some time to take over as their #1 striker.

it looks like real are trying to fund a move for lewandowski, his agent has said theyve met with real in recent weeks. cue benzema rumours in 3, 2, 1....

I think we're going for him.

Allgeri's reaction when asked if Morata was staying spoke volumes. He's off, would prefer to be a starter at Madrid which he won't be and teams in the Premiership have made offers.

He really is in love with Real Madrid. Even the way he talks about England, it's almost as an opportunity to learn enough to reach the level needed at Madrid.

Who's the last Madrid youth product to make it as a striker? Probably Morientes?

He should just give up. Eto'o, Soldado etc all failed and he has Jese ahead of him who is a bigger talent.
