He's Giroud's height, twice as fast as Olly and with considerably better touch and technique, younger than "youngsters" like Ramsey and Wilshere so his value is yet to peak most probably, and he's getting to double digits in a two striker system at Juventus. He's good.
Really the main concerns bringing in a guy like this would be psychological, to do with motivation and the burden of being expected to score heavily in a goal-shy setup, the same issues that Giroud has faced once fatigue is set aside.
