Spend big is 25+ for me (in the current market) and in that sense I think we will get close but probably not. Could see Aurier and the likes of Schneiderlin but doubt we pay more than 20 for either.

Wenger has seen how big an impact on the entire club can a top signing bring, no way he is going to fuck this up now after winning the FA Cup can he?

Net spend of around 20-30 mil.

Griezmann would be a cheaper option than either of Pedro and Sanchez, and he roughly offers the same. I'd go for that, and get a few million off Sociedad's asking price by waiving our rights to Vela. Spend big on a class striker.

I reckon Sanchez could be great but I'm not sure about Pedro. He's always struck me as a bit lucky he came through Barca and they made him look better than he is.

Really? He's very technical and a superb finisher.

definitely Sanchez over should be our priority signing from Barca if he's available - above Pedro, Song, Fabregas, etc. He has the right combination of goal-orientation, ability to create for himself and others, and speed that will help us have a less predictable and more potent attack

The only problem with Sanchez and pedro is they're midgets, someone like Reus would be perfect.

Reus' build up play is miles ahead of Pedro. Also think Reus has far more of a physical edge over Pedro who is simply quick.

Pedro's build up play is better than Reus'. Considerably so too

Spend big combined on 2-3 players. 60 mil tops.

One splash out WC player - no. They (who ever they are) are outside our 'willing to pay' price range.

Solid DM, winger the mould of Di Maria and portably a second rate striker (Giroud being third rate at present).

Can't hope for anymore than that, it's Wenger you know.

Unless someone comes onto the market and no one else is involved then yes. Any other takers and we are not going to outbid for a top player.
