Once when I was in London a ways back I tried to get a ticket for a Carling Cup match and the bloke was asking for 70+ - I thought that was expensive.

Try the Awimb forum Rohit, it was recommended to me by James a few years back. They've got a ticket section which is quite well moderated and I've bought from a few different people on there before with success.

Edit - I just had a look there and it seems to have closed because there isn't anyone to run it anymore. Maybe worth a request and keeping an eye on it but probably less likely now.

You'll be able to get cheaper than that mate. Don't have much time atm but message me in a couple of days, I'll send you a proper message. Should definitely be able to get a ticket for Zagreb, I don't really know how easy West Brom is.

I got tickets for the Bournemouth match on the ticket exchange last Wednesday. Try that, there were quite a few in the week leading up to the game. We got 3 together, there were loads of 2 together. Probably be the same for West Brom.

Online it shows up around 200 - 500.
