First of all, I would wait until the broadcasters have had their say and the dates of those games are final.
As for getting tickets, Leicester game shouldn't be too much of a problem via official channels. You need to sign up for Red Membership, and then you should be able to get tickets when they go on sale for Red Members, or via the Ticket Exchange. For the Chelsea game, I think you will need to buy them from the touts outside the stadium on game day. Prepared to be swindled though. 🙂
