Arsenal v Real Madrid, biggest game at the Emirates in terms of glamour/prestige?
Think there will be tickets available for £750-1000 on these ticket sites. Tempted but seems a bit OTT. If the second leg was at Emirates and we were still in the tie I would seriously consider it.
It’s once in a life time game.
Mpbappe v Saliba is worth half the ticket price itself!
Sicario2 - Tier 1 It’s once in a life time game.
Not really. This is is the second time in 20 years.
Sicario2 - Tier 1 I went online and saw tickets in the £700 to £1500 range. Quickly got back to work.

Qwiss figure of speech but games like these don’t come about that often.
This is why we moved to the Emirates in the first place. Some of our more younger fans (Quincy) would haven’t even seen/remembered 2006 game.
Sicario2 - Tier 1 surely the maddest 0-0 in the history of Highbury, if not the whole of football.
RocktheCasbah surely the maddest 0-0 in the history of Highbury, if not the whole of football.
It's weird but I can't remember much about that game. I remember many of our games in the CL from 01/02/03 and 04 but that 05/06 season seems to be buried out of my memory apart from certain moments, like Fabregas vs Vieira, Henry at the Bernabeu, Lehmann vs Riquelme, and bits from the final having not watched it again since.
Big Willie I'd be hard pressed to tell you about specific incidents, other than Lehmann pulling off (hehe) an amazing save from Raul (I think), they also hit the post whilst we missed (in particular) a couple of excellent chances. But I remember a breathless, exhilarating game that felt exhausting to watch so I could only imagine what it was like to play in. And all in front of a raucous Highbury crowd.
RocktheCasbah may have to try to watch some old games again actually instead of wasting time watching tv shows. Found this great website a few years ago that has an archive of many of our old games I had been planning to rewatch but not sure it still works.
RocktheCasbah didn't we have that chance on the break when their keeper had come up for a corner, Pires tried to pass the ball in from the halfway line only for Roberto Carlos to get back in time to block.
I remember I missed the game, was gutted, but watched the whole game without knowing the score and it was intense.
Yes! Had completely forgotten that, but how you've said it...
