We've been linked for a few years now. According to various reports he desperately wants to join us. We are looking for a Sagna replacement. He is an absolute beast physically. I wouldnt say no. He is a huge Gooner aswell.

Haven't seen him tbh, but from what I've read he's been good. Of course there's no way he's as good defensively as Sagna.

If we bought this guy and kept Sagna, we would be sorted in CB as Sagna is a good backup there. This guy could be backup for Sagna/a more offensive option.

CB cover and plays alot as a right wing back.

Stats he is putting up in france are top notch, but I've only seen highlights of french games. The guy gets forward all the time.

I haven't watched the dude, but that report basically says he is very good going forward, but a pretty shit defender. Not what I like in a FB at all.
How about signing Sagna up, getting this guy and let him work on his game as second choice for a year at least, send Jenkinson on loan for the season. That would be responsible team building though, so I guess it is out of the question.
