Little horse becomes big horse with that signing, no more excuses for José now.
That's the kind of transfer activity that we have to beat.

season would be over before it started. that David Luiz transfer could decide this season.
You really think so?
Dortmund sign Ciro Immobile as a replacement for Lewandowski.

Reportedly he went for £15 million. That's a steal in the current market.
Real Madrid have identified Suarez as their #1 target this summer according to Marca: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/real-madrid-make-luis-suarez-3643424
Ancelotti has supposedly stressed that he doesn't want to sell Benzema even if Suarez comes. It does makes his future a lot more uncertain though, not to mention the much-rumoured transfer of Alvaro Morata to Arsenal a lot more likely.

If Morata is the only forward we buy, I fucking hope the purchase doesn't depend on Madrid's pursuit of Suarez like Ozil's buy was dependant on Bale going to Madrid.

It's ok for Liverpool though as they've made a very astute signing in Ricky Lambert.
relax guys. No business gets done before the world cup, everyone knows that

Benzema only has one year left on his contract. He won't re-sign if Real buy Suarez and they'll be more or less forced to sell him.
Every chance he'll re-sign if Madrid make him a nice offer.
Not to sit behind Suarez he won't. Guarantee it.
He didn't really make much fuss when Higuain was there tbh. I wouldn't have thought so but recently Benzema has come out and said he is happy, think they need to agree on wages but if a good offer comes I do now think he will stay there. I think he is content there and there has always been talk of him being in the comfort zone there so doesn't surprise me.
If Benzema does move, i suspect UTD could be a very likely option apart from the likes of PSG and Monaco
Why would United take Benzema when they have Shrek, Little Boy Vessel, and Welbeck? Seems the unlikeliest of destinations.
The most probable destinations for me would be
1) Liverpool - in a more-or-less straight swap for Suarez.
2) PSG - if they move on Cavani and want to beef up their homegrown numbers
Other than that, he stays put, particularly if Morata goes.
Don't think Rodgers will take him.
Chelsea have Costa, we have Giroud (both french internationals) and City don't need him. Its gonna be difficult to move him unless the likes of PSG get involved or he is part of Pogba swap
If Benzema's smart he'll hold out for a Bosman, he'd make a fortune.
it's a fine balance in terms of holding out for Bosma. i think someone like Sagna had less wiggle room due to his injuries in previous seasons. he did well to not extend last summer and prove his fitness. he also had a lot to gain (like an 80 - 90% increase in wages)
for Benzema, he's already on 100,000 pounds. a year of playing behind Suarez on a team with Ronaldo and Bale might diminish his productivity. he's better of getting a transfer now probably. or he could get injured and go into the summer in a horrible position
Liverpool have signed Emre Can from Leverkusen, it's official.
They're getting their business done quickly, 2 signings already.
