To me, it's a combination of the letter, essentially forcing the club, chosing and instead on Man U, and the fact that we stuck by him while he was always injured and jumped ship after the first 18 months he had injury-free and when he actually contributed. People are focusing on one aspect or the other, but it's the combination that really makes his return unfathomable for me.
THen again, if he started banging them in and we were winning, I would still not like him, but I'd get behind the team.
