Every year, teams that already have a good striker go out and get a better one than us. In the last few years, we've watched United get van Persie, Liverpool pick up Sturridge, PSG Cavani, etc., etc.
I really do not buy that we are going to get either Costa or Cavani. Costa will likely go to Chelsea. Cavani is going to cost 15m+ pounds a season. As long as Wenger and Dickles are in charge, that is not happening. In addition, I doubt Benzema will be sold. He's playing the best ball of his career. Bale and Di Maria have breathed life into him. So who's left? Falcao and his 50 handlers? Lukaku and Mourinho's love for Wenger. We're not buying big.
What we cannot afford, however, is to go into another season without a striker to partner or spell Giroud. This is who I realistically think we can go after this summer

After several seasons of 'Arsenal tries to sign a striker', I know the script. It doesn't involve the best striker in the world
