IIRC for the 4 seasons prior to his transfer to Napoli, Statsbomb had Higuain as being the most effective forward in UEFA top5 domestic leagues for non penalty goals and assists per 90 mins played.

Vidal
Vidal. Didn't read the rest of your post tbh
Agreed. Vidal changes the dynamic & capability of our midfield far greater than any other option does re the attack. Worst case scenario we have alternatives how we set up our forward line - preferably in a 4312.
Benzema's the one to get.

Messi would have to be on top of those statistics, surely. The little fuck has averaged 45 goals and 20 assist per season for the last 4 years, and that's just in La Liga.

Wasn't that the same with Higuain though?
William Carvalho Karim Benzema

Don't even try. It's been decided, Higuaín is shit and Benzema is great ...
No one has said Higuain is shit, but Benzema is definitely the more complete player in my opinion. Both players can be equally prolific but Benzema comes up trumps in most other aspects of the game.

Vidal Gotze Sterling Benzema Reus Isco
Reus, followed by Benzema. We need more goals.
Benzema by a mile. Then Reus > Isco > Gotze > Vidal > Sterling > Flamini
I'd go Reus > Benzema > Vidal > Sterling > Goetze > Isco.

They're performing according to the needs of their current team in that team's specific system. Mistaking good numbers for good quality will land you guys like Richard Wright and Denilson. Benzema could probably score 30 goals if you put him up front in a team with decent support, for instance. But at Real Madrid he's the support. He's there to make Ronaldo's, Bale's and James's life easier. There aren't many strikers in Europe who could do what he does for them. Ironically after this past season I think Higuain could do that as well. Obviously his team mates are a level or two below Benzema's but every time I've seen him play this season he's played a very similar role to Benzema, dropping deep to link up and opening spaces for Mertens, Hamsik or Callejon who are all extremely direct players. He's far from the tap-in merchant most seem to think he is, think he could reinvigorate his career here. At 1:57 for example, not exactly Jermain Defoe, is he.

The camera man must have been absolutely hammered when filming. Worst camera work ever! 😆
Reus or Benzema. More than anything, we need a world class addition to the front 3. If we are lucky with injuries, we COULD get by with what we have in midfield, but in attack we simply don't have enough.
Really surprised with the lack of Reus stories on the papers.
Who is managing Dortmund next season?
Wonder how much money it would cost to get all Cech, Vidal and Benzema. If the three woldn't make us title contenders than nothing probably would. Now that is a dream summer for me.

Thomas Tuchel.
I really want an elite left back, I have no idea who though.
Cech
Bellerin Gabriel Koscielny Monreal
Coquelin
Ramsey Vidal
Özil
Benzema Alexis
Wilshere plays for whoever is injured out of Ramsey, Vidal and Özil, X >= 1
