Say what you will, but there are few big clubs that are 'better' at giving young players a chance than we are. We pay for it on the pitch, of course, by dropped points, but that is a different matter. We've had/have several youngsters who have picked us despite interest from bigger clubs.
They go there once they have had their education here first...
