Aye, get those two.

And then get Ki from Swansea to replace Diaby/Flamini/Rosicky.

That would a most sensible January window.

Schneiderlin especially as he's not champs league cup tied

I really like that trio. No way Höwedes or Schneiderlin move in Jan though, they're both key players in teams trying to get into the EL or CL.

Diego Lopez and Mario Mandzukic changed clubs last summer. We'd be so much better if we had those two instead of Ospina and Welbeck, ffs.

Rumors that Ødegaard has accepted an offer from Bayern Munich.

You have to have serious belief in your own talent if you take a look at Bayern's front line and go; "Yeah, I'll be a starter there in the next 24 months".

Yeah, I can see how he wants an upgrade on Robben, Götze, Ribery, Müller. Sterling seems an obvious choice. 🙂

Isn't Odegaard a midfielder though Rex? Their key players are getting older (Ribery, Robben, Schweinsteiger, and Alonso) so I think he might have a chance if he's as good as everyone says he'll be!

From the little I have seen, he certainly looks like a player who excels in the offensive third, so, an attacking mid. The guys I named are the ones he is most likely going to compete with. Robben at 30 and Ribery at 31 though, as you said. The bloke must clearly be prepared to wait a few years for his chance.

Pep rotates a lot and gives the younger players plenty of match time. Bayern is the best choice for him imo.

Well if given the ages of Robben and Ribery getting in a 20 year old as good as Sterling would make a lot of sense. He's a similar player to those 2, more so than the other 2 you mentioned.

Reckon Sterling would excel much more in Pep's team anyway with his dribbling ability. Ribery didn't used to have goalscoring ability when he was young too.

Would should try get Sterling. Would be a huge statement of intent

Him and traore are brilliant.

Better than reus, lavezzi and such

Shaqiri and Sterling would be excellent replacements for Robbery. Reckon they'll end up with Reus + Draxler in the end though. We should be all over Shaqiri if he's forced out, so electric.

He's training with us today apparently, must still be open to offers.

To be honest, 16-year-olds SHOULD be prepared to wait a few years for their chance. Wherever he goes I'm betting that they will loan him back to Strømsgodset immediately.

Not necessarily. If he's as good as all the hype, he might get fast tracked through reserve teams and side competitions ala Fabregas

An opportunity to be had in Russia atm as a result of the financial collapse.
