I know. Which is why I don't think we'll win the pl next year even if we do have a solid transfer window. Need about 4-5 quality players in. Too much to do in one summer.

No team with Giroud starting up front is winning the Premier League. We need another striker simply because Giroud and Sanogo are the only two in the squad, so I do think Wenger will buy one late in the window, question is whether it's a young player, a stopgap, or Cavani/Mandzukic.

If Schneiderlin came he'd be on the bench most of the year, he has to learn to play the pivot and Wenger will want as much continuity as possible.

Solid team, but we really should try to replace Giroud and Mertesacker. Obvious weak links in that side.

Mertesacker is at worst the 2nd best player in that back 4.

Mert is fine. Let's just not go through a season with him as guaranteed 1st choice again. Have some options and i've no problem with him gettting plenty of game time til he's 35 or something.

That's the way I'd go. A lot of clever footballers there and enough grit to get the ball back. If Walcott is fit then he gets in ahead of the weakest performer out of Chamberlain and Wilshere.

On whether any team could be considered good enough to win the title - impossible to tell considering what the competition is. But if we add Sanchez and Khedira (or another established, defensively solid partner for Ramsey) that's about as good as we could hope for from the transfer market. Squad depth would look great too although you can never account for 5+ first-choice injuries at the same time. The other improvements have to come from within the current squad. e.g. Chamberlain or Wilshere stepping up like Ramsey, and Gibbs and Szczesny showing good form etc.

Maybe, but he doesn't really fit into the way we're trying to play.

Campbell is a weird one as a striker in that he doesn't really want to be in the box. Not sure that can be taught out of him.

I'd expect Chambo and Wilshere to contribute enough goals, Ozil to improve, and Sanchez to be electric. Theo to come in during the second half of the season when he's fully fit.

A certain amount of faith is needed, who'd have expected Ramsey to suddenly go nuts and score 10 prem goals in 20 starts? Chambo looks ready to take the league by storm, and Wilshere definitely has the quality to punish the opposition if he can stay fit.

The main advantage of the front 4 is mobility though, I think it would really compliment Ozil.

Claudius has a point but dammit that team looks beautiful. Theo, Cazorla and Giroud aren't bad subs to have either.

Loan out Sanogo and Campbell to PL teams and get Remy in.

Wilshere will not be in my starting line up till he can get his form back to play consistently well in CM like in 2011.

Replace Wilshere with Theo in that line up and you have a team.

Walcott has to be a starter for now. One of few regular goalscorers in this squad.

Don't think Sanchez would score massive amounts in England. If we want to win the league we will need another striker.

Alexis can score 20 goals next season and we'd still need a better striker than Giroud.

Sanchez has kept the a top conversion rate for the last 4 years, why would he drop out suddenly at arsenal?

If anything I would expect him to have more goals here than in spain given how open games are.
