None of them has any experience of playing as a holding mid. What's the point of bringing a 40 million CM and ask him to sit back and change his natural game?

You don't buy world class players and tell them to ignore their instincts and move away from their best qualities. Both Vidal and Ramsey bomb all over the field and we would be very open without someone behind them.

A Vidal and Rambo combo would be caught out all the time. Natural instincts take over.

I think so too. Vidal is one of the finest midfielders in Europe, but there's a reason Juve are still so reliant on Pirlo in that deep role.

Me: Striker (Morata/Cavani) + CDM (Scneiderlin) + Gk

I'd get Griezmann, Schneiderlin and GK, simply because I don't think there are any high quality strikers we can pick up in this window, so might as well get a high quality goalscorer out wide. Alexis may sub for Giroud upfront in any case, so hopefully he can develop into that role as well or we can pick up a quality striker next summer (hopefully with better pickings than this one).

I know - I'd rather get something done this summer as well, but what are the options? Can't think of a good one apart from Mandzukic. Next summer, there's always the hope that either a young talent breaks through or someone like Cavani forces a move, either to us or one that starts a little merry-go-round or maybe we can get Higuain off Napoli if we manage to win something. I know we are all tired of Giroud, but I'd honestly rather get a talent like Griezmann in when we can, especially if we get Alexis in as well.

Where will we play reus..? Don't think we have space for him if we get Sanchez as IMO we will most likely play Sanchez on the left.

I kinda get the feeling we are getting Sanchez cause we can. Unlike other years we have the money and the ambition to spend it. Not sure he is what we need. Still all things considered, i rather get him than let him go to pool!

He maybe, but he surely dosen't look like what Wenger needed/wanted. Going into the summer our priorities were a striker and a CDM.
