Not necessarily. They would need to work out how to not attack at the same time is all.
Vidal is a special player in that he can play all three CM positions and even out wide to a very, very high standard. With a player like Vidal you'd have 2 players in him and Ramsey who are well capable of tearing teams apart with their running power and ability to get into the box. With Arteta or a player like Schneiderlin you lose that unpredictability because that is just not who they are as players. IMO Vidal is also a lot better than Schneiderlin in defending.
