I think Cazorla would do a great job out left, if he was surrounded by better players. A quality striker up front and a solid central midfield, would give Cazorla better support. He is a class player, but he's not a "leader". He'll improve a quality side, but he'll struggle in a weak side.
I also think both Wilshere and Chamberlain could play out left. Both are, imo, much better options that Podolski, who is simply clueless off the ball and slow/cumbersome on the ball.
