Whatever happens from now to the end of the season, we need a clear change. Saying that we'd need to go back to basics after years of the same collapses is crazy. It not that we can't play in big games, it is that we generally tend to suffer whenever the opposition raises their game or tempo. Big team or small team, it doesn't matter.
If we want to change the culture of this team, then it starts at the top.
