Doing it once is one thing but doing it again and again is another matter. That Liverpool squad has cost a lot of money, they run at £50m loss a year and without their billionaire owner they'd be bankrupt. Also this season they've had it easy with no European football, we'll find out about Rodgers next season.

Theo, Ramsey, Wilshere, Ox, Ozil, Gibbs, Chesney are all under 25 IIRC and our CBs are only 28 & 29, Giroud is only 27, Podolski is 28 and Cazorla is 29. All good cherry picking three players at random but we have a good mixture of experience and youth in the squad.
As for your last paragraph, absolute nonsense. If he leaves in the summer the next manager will inherit a fantastic squad and a lot of money to improve it and a stable environment to work in.
