Well that's right, what Mourinho said is strictly untrue, Wengers mission is to make the club highly profitable which he has, winning trophies are a bonus but not a priority.
@ Rex, there's no doubt that certain managers suit certain clubs, and indeed managers suit certain eras, this I believe was Wengers success He was the right man in the right place at the right time.
He came in when football was exploding as a industry financially speaking, he knew that you either got big and milked the CL cash cow or you became Spurs.
He also was revolutionary as regards diet and training and he had first dibbs on a golden generation of French players.
However as everyone now accepts we are in an entirely new epoch our club is vastly different and the football world is different to 20years ago, Wenger is a man who has outlived his times we need someone very different now, someone who knows how to use the huge resourses that Wenger has built up.
