And that's all I've got to say on the matter because I can sense we're not converging on a common position here. 😉
If we make the right signings I wouldn't be surprised at all, we were sitting top last January even with a rather long list of injuries. However as the injury situation got worse our squad couldn't cope. That imo is as important as signing players this summer, why we pick up so many more injuries than other clubs
And yes your senses are right, we aren't going to agree 😉

Or maybe he has contractual obligations to honour? If he is out in Brazil he could also talk to players there and most of their agents and possibly club representatives will be out in Brazil as well!
It is only May for crying out loud, no big business has been done yet.
