Very much the same as the Suarez rumour - what are people smoking?
Why would a team in the top 2 in its league get rid of its best player right now?
Falcao is the man I think. World class, unhappy at his club, value likely to have dropped, not cup-tied for the CL, etc. Still only 27, couldn't go wrong.
What's happening with Falcao and the luxury taxes? Is there a chance he could be moved?
Don't think that tax has come in yet, I presume he'll stay until the summer. Chelsea are being linked so I'm sure they'd outbid us. I think we'll end up with someone less glamorous.
Benteke is probably the most likely, unhappy at villa and gone off form his value should be reasonable. Big, strong fast can dribble and shoot and already adapted to the league. And he's young enough to resell.

Monaco are exempt from the new tax laws.
Impossible to be sure though, the government are flip flopping every week, this weekend they said that Monaco would have to pay, but then they changed their mind 4 hours later
Was scrolling through some top scorer lists from different leagues.. Some guy named Pierre-Michel Lasogga has scored 9 in 11 games for Hamburger in Bundesliga, anyone here watching Bundesliga? Scored last week against Bayern.
Edit: Meh, was like looking at Giroud.
I did see him described as slow and wooden.
A quick search tells me he only scored one goal last season but he scored a hat trick in eight minutes this season.
Haven't checked those facts though.
I also saw a rumour linking him to Atletico.
best striker in bundesliga outside bayern and dortmund might be son heung-min at leverkusen. 6ft, good pace, mobile, strong shot. only 21 so he will have resale value. he's fine technically but isn't absolute top drawer like henry, bergkamp, van persie.
Not a centre forward, don't think he can be converted either.
henry wasnt a traditional centre forward, either. i'm not sure what the preoccupation with playing exactly the way we play with giroud is.
Henry played striker in all the youth teams and Wenger had special knowledge of the player's abilities. I've seen nothing from Heung-Min to suggest he can play at the level we require as a #9. Obviously I could be wrong, but he has a really limited style of play which suits a really limited 433 system at Leverkusen.
Volante, when do you get time to watch all these players? Are you a pundit?
He's shunned all other aspects of life.
Its easy when you've no children no partner no job no studying.
Has anyone seen Kevin Volland play? I watched the German u-21 team in the summer and I don't remember him standing out or even definitely playing, but I have heard he was quite highly regarded going through the youth teams in Germany
I think Son is more of an inside forward too but he played up front for Hamburg for a while, didn't he? Good potential in him anyhow. I've been a fan for a while. I love how two-footed he is.
Played RW whenever I saw him for Hamburg, with Rudnevs through the middle.
Is draxler as good as they say upfront? Could that happen in january?
I can't believe Suarez has 17 goals in 11 league games. Wonder what his tally would be had he not missed the first 6 games.
