Unlikely. It's a position you either have the discipline to play, or you don't. It's hard to teach, takes a lot of maturity to master positioning, and players who are not naturally defensive minded will ultimately be found out. Don't see either Ramsey or Wilshere fitting the bill anytime soon. Perhaps later on their careers.
Any immediate and long term improvement on Arteta will not come from our currently available "internal solutions".
