I've many reasons not to believe a word Arseblog says, but that's neither here nor there. I was told that Gazidis told a few AST members after last year's AGM (or the year before) that Cesc refused to play.

I am pragmatic. We need what Lewandowski brings to the table a whole lot more than what Podolski brings IMO.

Would you say Gazidis is more reliable? He supposedly told Tim Payton but that is another guy I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw....

You seriously asking if Gazidis is more reliable than Arseblog? What makes you think Gazidis isn't reliable? He seems to be quite open and forthright, never known him to chat bollocks.

He'll say whatever is best for the board and the club, whether that is the truth or not is irrelevant to him. Nothing against him but these corporate men have been known to bend the truth

If Fabregas had gone on strike noway in hell would Wenger talk about him like he does. He ain't that desperate or pathetic

Wenger isn't one to hold grudges. Never heard him say a bad word about Vieira who killed the club in the papers.

People get carried away by the players and become fanboys. If it's not Flamini then it's Fabregas. If it's not Fabregas then it's RVP. It's why people get so upset when the player eventually leaves.

Just support the club.

We're not stupid Tony we know all about it, players retire or move on but theres nothing wrong with having favourite ones, football is a game of emotions thats what supporting a club is all about.
If winning or losing or people slagging off your favourite player or team doesn't affect you well then you're a plastic.

Anyway. Current status:

Flamini >> Fabregas > Van Persie

Anyone who says otherwise probably isn't a real fan. 😉

I'd take him. It's not like there are many top strikers available at the moment.

If he manages to stay fit, he has the potential to be one of the best around.

Also what's happening with Stephan El Shaarawy? Heard rumours that him and Allegri don't get on well, not playing much and doesn't seem to be injured either.
