Agreed, that's how I'd like our midfield to be structured. A creative winger on the left of the front three and a better striker than Giroud plus a quality partner for Koscienly. We'd be set.

As good as he is, Cazorla isn't the "type" of player that I like, in midfield anyway. I'd have a:

Runner (on or off the ball) - Wilshere/Ramsey
Creator (from deep) - Arteta/Cabaye
Destroyer - Pogba/?

Much rather invert our midfield triangle though, having a sitting DM behind Jack and Ramsey playing as traditional 2 way central midfielders.

If Walcott could play football and pass then we wouldn't need a deep lying playmaker, we are essentially playing with darren bent on the wings and it fuck the system up.

Would be nice to have a bit of both. Can't just have a situation where we play with less players until the ball gets near the box because we have a team which is either only of use in building plays or finishing them off. The whole side need to develop alot more balance in their play which is hard when our two forwards Giroud and Walcott are totally useless on the ball outside of the box.

No real link to give you, but according to French radio, Cabaye says he´s definitely leaving this summer. No mention of whether or not it´s to Arsenal or PSG.

Honestly, all four would be needed just to compete for the title. And by compete I mean stay within 10 points come March/April, not 5 or less. But it would be great football and a step in the right direction.
