Bundesliga is definitely a better place for an attacker to thrive, I mean look at the defending for Sancho's goal yesterday. But he's definitely a top player. His speed, touch, technical ability and confidence will work for him anywhere.
Nelson lacks the same sort of burst but what's really holding him back is the lack of confidence and the swagger. Once he finds that at first team level he'll be fine.
Sancho's biggest weakness, in my opinion, is that he lacks that burst. He's also not a very fast ball carrier, that's why you rarely see 20 or 30 yard dribbles from him or surges through challenges; it's more like great ball manipulation or sharp turns - those are his greatest strengths.
Sancho is doing so well so early for two reasons in my opinion:
He's a particularly intelligent player, and has a picture of what's around him when he gets the ball.
He's incredibly fit and also strong and stocky for his age. He's not built like a teenager and that helps him not to play like one.
Nelson is neither of those things right now, and he's also a very different dribbler. His biggest weapon in youth football was his explosive burst, especially from deeper areas, and then the ability to carry the ball at serious speed with good control. I'd say he's both quicker off the mark than Sancho and faster at top speed. I'm sure that'll show more as his muscles develop and he fills his frame out.
