I have a sneaking suspicion that particular trick will be hard to teach. Turns are typically instinctive.
A successfully made one almost always opens up space.
Nasri, and RVP in particular, also do that 'no touch' turn. When I play it's my fave too, except I can't repeat it too often cos I'm worse than rubbish.
It's the kind of turn a striker would use to open up space for a shot as well. Tends to end up on the wrong foot though.
