it's like bread dipped in custard, great texture.
Just had some last Wednesday. Selling durian is piss easy as the smell triggers a pavlovian impulse buy. Unfortunately I ate it a few hours before futsal and spent the whole match overheating and burping.
It does not smell like rotten meat. It smells like someone mixed flowery perfume with rotten eggs.
