I think it was more against the spirit of the game and all that. You don't like it happening when you're a neutral but if that was a CL final involving Arsenal I know I wouldn't complain if an Arsenal player did it....

Latin American journalist Martín Charquero claiming Suárez is close to Arsenal had also reported Cavani to PSG and Coates to Liverpool

I thought it was brilliant. Ghana were crap anyway.

Did we actually make a second bid?

Can't see how it could be close, if we didn't.

There is hope.

@suso30fans - Seems like he got the Gastón Ramírez to Liverpool story completely wrong.

Happy Days:\

bring in the diving, hand-balling, foul-mouthed cannibal. this will be our best summer of the 2000s.

Word. All other alternatives will take us nowhere(assuming Rooney is Chelsea bound)

Well this will happen after all.

The only issue I have is that he'll probably look to leave after a season or two. We would not be a permanent solution for him.

He will definitely look to leave in two years. And his behaviour has been terrible whenever he has looked to leave clubs. Public statements, strikes, fighting with the management - he has done it all in the past when angling for a move.

Why will he definitely look to leave in two years?

He has been biting people just prior to forcing his way out of two clubs now. If I didn't think Suarez was too stupid to actually think, one could almost see the biting as a means to an end.

Because he has a huge ego and we won't be able to satisfy it.

"If I receive an important offer to progress my career, I will study it,"

"I always want to improve. That's why I left Ajax for Liverpool."

"It is hard to view the Premier League every week with never a chance of winning it."

I have achieved everything I can here. Now, I need to fulfill my childhood dream of playing for Madrid.

And when we win the league?

He'll have moved on and will have retired before that happens.
