I didn't say it was okay.
I said "okay" and unless you have some mystical power to make a group of individuals who you have no contact with spend millions of pounds or the ability to shift the transfer window, you will say the same. Or you won't and you'll go to the stadium to moan and boo. Your choice really. I know what I would rather do with my time.
I'm not, and never have been, a moaner or a booer. I might, as a couple of members of this forum would testify, be prone to shouting "do something special!" at particular first team players when I get pissed off, but booing? No. I couldn't even muster that when I watched that car crash against Swansea last season.
But I'm not happy. We seem to be stuck in a malaise and it feels like we have been for a couple of years now (I know some would say it's been going on much longer than that). I met up with James last week and we talked about going to the NLD. I put forward the point that, for the amount of money we'd spend on it, we might as well go and watch it in the pub. We can get twatted whilst watching the game, we won't have paid north of £60 for the priveledge of watching it and yet... and yet, I know that our attendance at the first 5-2 game a year and a half ago was one of the best experiences I have had at a football match. Maybe the best.
I've lost sight of my point here. Let me just say this, I love my football club, but I hate the direction it's going in.
