No he said more than that. His whole implication was very positive. He talked of the consistency we've shown and the stadium and how this will be seen in the future should we dominate for a while.
Most other analysts just say we've won nowt for 8 years and the the tide will be turning to Spurs.
He was very pro Arsenal in the way that Redknapp isn't. He's more positive of Arsenal than most of us. I'm normally in the there's no good future camp.
