Have BT got a lot of games?

38 games, which is 15 more than ESPN had. Sky have something like 115.

Papiss Cisse has been fined for refusing to wear club sponsor Wonga. Initial fine £5000, rising to £45,795,896 if not paid by Sunday.

Did you miss the bit where Invis's deal is 150NZD for the whole fricking season? 🙂

Eh? I did miss it, I thought it was per month 😆

😆 Understandable because it does sound amazingly cheap doesn't it? They also have a $240 "premium" package which includes highlights and several review/preview/analysis shows per week, whereas the $150 deal is just the games. There's also a $25 one day pass.

Thought you needed BT Broadband to get it free?

You had me all excited there for a minute!

This pic cracked me up, the caption possibilities are endless 😆

Looks like I am getting a bargain for my TV deal then. 38SGD per month, with all 10 games per week live in HD and 5 other footballing channels showing all the other european leagues, with 3 sports channels showing any other major sports and 1 channel showing 24 hour live sports news.

And we complain its too expensive 😆

You absolute cunt. Think i'll be paying near 100 when BT starts next month.

Can't stand streams anymore so had to turn to sky.

100pound is equivalent to almost 200 SGD 😮.

Does sky allow you to watch any match you want every week for that amount? If so then at least its not too bad.

Nope. You get 3 games over the weekend, the early game (though think its switching to the later game this season) on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. To get BT in Ireland, i'll need Setanta - BT will show me an early or late game on Saturday while Setanta will show one of the 3 o clock kick offs which i don't think you can get in Britain.

Annoyingly BT just seems to be taking ESPN's games pretty much, which i was getting free with sky's sports package anyway so basically i'll be paying for new channels which has robbed all the good stuff off a channel i already have with crappy Setanta thrown in which has usually a poor enough Saturday game and fuck all else on.

At the very least i hope it will mean more European games on ESPN or something. Sky show Spanish football while ESPN show Italian football mostly with a bit of German and French too.

Christ its complicated.

We get ripped off massively. I pay £70 for my Sky, not gonna bother with the BT bullshit.

That's without the sports, movies and arts package innit Tim

Cancel down and just watch the ten minute free views mate. Use a bit of imagination

Means if they ain't showing Arsenal you still got to rely on shit streams even if you are paying so much for those subscriptions?

Nah, go pub.

My £70 is for basic package and sports and phone line. Broadband is on top of that, not sure how much that is.

Yeah, that's the most likely scenario. He got a pay rise and a release clause and promised to stay at Villa for one or two more seasons. Now, it is up to him to continue to impress in order to tempt any richer club to activate that release club next year.

Can see him going to Spurs after they sell Bale.

It's a laugh isn't it?

Whats a laugh?

That noise that you make from the back of your throat.

Yeah, its a laugh.

Stoke are really well supported for a club of their size. It's been a struggle for smaller clubs as of late, so they're probably doing what they can to ensure long-term support.

Looks like Fabregas isn't coming either. Phil, you fancy playing a bit of midfield this season?

7 days later

Impressive!

What's the timespan between the two photos?

have to hand it to him. Credit's where it's due.

I too would like to extend my congratulations to a referee I will never meet

Disgrace that he was ever so fat in the first place.

If the quality of the refereeing decisions remain the same then who cares? If he improves his decisions because he is fitter then I agree with Tim.

shakes head at giving people pats on the back for shit they should be doing already.

He might be able to keep up with games better now that he's no longer obese, if he actually sees what's happening at close range he mah have a better chance of getting decisions correct.

And in that case he should always have been at optimum level fitness wise. Ref decisions cost goals, wins, trophies and relegation.

Not saying you disagree. I just want to clarify my stance.

Of course he shouldn't have ever been that fat, but losing that amount of weight in 2 months is a fantastic achievement and does deserve praise.

fuck that, he has no personal pride or professional pride. he probably was threatened by the premier league that if he didn't lose the weight he would be fired or some shit. i can't believe they allow people like him to waddle around the pitch in the first place. if he actually passed the fitness tests looking like that then they need better standards.

no wonder these cvnts defaulted to helping out fergie and united because they are never in position to see shit or too busy on their knees trying to get oxygen from the grass.

bloody nora

Look, every person should not be an alcoholic wino cheating wanker.

But if he conciously stops being all that I'd give him a pat on the back to congratulate him.

World could do with a little less hate. Focus all that on the remorseless fucks. Like Suarez.

suarez is elite at what he does though.

😆 Do you suppose thats why we've been denied for the past 9 seasons Tony?
