David haven't got much things wrong before though, but thats also mainly because he tweets about stuffs that are almost confirmed and seldom rumours.

I don't think, Rooney is on the market yet.

That is why no one is linked heavily with him apart from us simply because the newly cash-rich Arsenal trying to buy England's greatest track fetches clicks and sells newspapers. Gazidis give s full length interview about the club's financial position and future and headlines are " Arsenal CEO claims that they can buy Rooney".

But, since, there is absolutely no movement in the real world with regards to Rooney's transfer situation, there is no effort that needs to be made there and we are concentrating on our actual targets which is what we should be doing, as well.

Didn't Rooney put in a transfer request? Ofcourse he is on the market. He may still end up staying at United (which I think will happen) but at the right price for both club and him he is available.

I think there appears to be a temporary stand off between the Rooney camp and Utd. That won't be resolved either way until Moyes makes an indication as to where Rooney fits in to his plans. Clubs are hovering waiting to see how it plays out.

We still have Wenger, and haven't stopped supporting.

I won't stop, but I'd be utterly disgusted with us, until his contract expired, or he won us the league. Even then, I'd probably only consider him as a very good piece of business, but never a part of the club.

I want to always feel a true connection/bond with our players. I could never have that with Rooney. It's like when we bought Silvestre. Even when he scored I could never quite fully cheer, and moments later he'd make a mistake that made me glower angrily at the bald Manc fuck.
