I think their attack is better than United's. Don't care for Dzeko but he should be able to do what Berbatov and Hernandez does now that they've signed the right player to complement him. Agüero is better than Rooney. Nasri and Silva are better than United's wingers. That's not even counting Balotelli and Tevez, though the latter is probably gone already.
United look like a significantly better team from central midfield and down though, and the difference isn't that huge in the attacking end. Could say the same about Chelsea. I expect both of them to finish above City this season unless Mancini signs better midfielders in January.
