City can't 'match' Barcelona at all.
They will when they gel. Absolutely frightening squad.
Class finish.
Great day for Dzeko. They scare me. They had Tevez and Balotelli trotting on the sidelines. We should tap up one of those guys
Fucksake! Was really close to putting Dzeko in my fantasy team too. Basically came down to a choice between him or Nani, and I went with the greasy Portugeese twat.
Scary watching Citeh. Nasri already with more assists than for us all of last season, and Clichy didn´t put a foot wrong. Glad we got rid of those two...
We need a class attacking player so much it isn´t funny. Unfortunately we also need an LB, a CB, 2 CMs and a winger. How on earth did we end up in this mess? After watching Citeh, then turning to our team today about to face the reigning champions. Clusterfuck.
Barcelona starting with one recognised defender tonight.
What's the line-up? Might watch the match..
Valdes, Busquets, Mascherano, Abidal, Fabregas, Iniesta, Keita, Thiago, sanchez, Messi, Pedro.
They're mad. It's like they randomly selected the names from a hat and threw them on the pitch.
Well it's working because they are tonking Villareal.
Cesc scored again 🙁
Your gran could score playing in this Barcelona team.
5-0 now and they're not even trying.
They are something else. On another level

barca dont even need defenders. it's wenger's wet dream come true.
felt slightly sick watching fabregas score for them. the defending, it has to be said, was awful on almost all of those goals. lovely first-time weighted throughball for messi's first, though.
Christ, that lineup. Puyol and Marquez used to be a bit of a weakness in some ways. 6 recognised midfielders AND 3 forwards?
I'd like to see them try that against Stoke, or United. You have to give them credit. They bring in Sanchez, Fabregas and Thiago this season and everyone assumes some of them will suffer on the bench. And then Guardiola comes up with this. Makes you really see the difference in quality between the sum of coaching and personnel at Barca and Arsenal. Such a stunt would end in misery at Arsenal
Personally I think many coaches would watch that lineup slaughter La Liga sides, including Wenger. What Guardiola has that they would lack is immense personal standing within the Barca hierarchy.
They played Abidal Piqué/Adriano Mascherano Alves across the back home and away against Madrid of course.
To be fair, Mascherano has been playing like a top class centre back for quite a few months now. I know people will bang on about his height, but that aside he's been immense. Reminds me a little of Baresi.
