I don't think he's the answer in any way, shape or form.

When I talk of imbalance in the team I mean too many of the same type of player, young small light ball playing midfielders, we have far to many of them.
We need more bigger physical experience defensive minded players, of course this would mean changing our system but thats failed anyway, and changing our manager.
