There are a lot of myths attached to Balotelli, I'm not sure that he is as disruptive a force as people think.
I believe he would work well with Wenger as manager.

Unless FFP has a big effect City will just keep spending squillions until they win the lot. Dont know how fans can get really emotionally invested when that's the policy of the club.

The one thing I take a little comfort in, except for FFP, is that Chelsea didn´t win quite as much as I thought they would.

i disagree. i have been watching him since he broke into the first team with Inter. He is agitating, combative and petulant and that is just to his OWN team-mates. Even Materazzi (the king of agitators) wanted to smack Balotelli for being disrespectful. on the pitch, he's a risk of a sending off all the time

he needs to lose the chip on his shoulder and the "i am greater than Messi" attitude and shut up and play the game. If he worked harder and kept his head down and use all the God given talent (and abundance of size & strength), he could be one of the best in the world. he has the tools, but not the head right now. been waiting for him to "grow out of it" for 3 years now.

All he can do is pivot on the ball, and pass to someone else.

Kinda sums it up really.

What a waste of a talent. He just doesn't seem to care. He bothered for 6 months and was great. But now that he's got his big contract, I can't see him finding the motivation to live up to his potential.

His 24 now his excuse before was he was young now (just look at cesc) he should have much better stats for a player who was once destined to be one of the best in europe now he will most likely end up a bench player

I thoroughly disagree, Ricky. Leon Britton and Neil Taylor in particular have been very impressive this season from what I've seen. I'd take them over most players in the league on their respective position. To Rodgers credit he's getting Swansea to perform better than the sum of their parts, but he's still assembled a pretty good team.

I think he could replicate what he does at Swansea with just about any other 'smaller' club in the League.

Moore was actually waving his hand about flagging his intent prior to the Routeledge ball and nobody picked him up.

They had better pray Kompany gets back soon.

Only saw it live at the time, but Kompany wouldn't have been able to do much there, not with De Jong doing his best Denilson impression, putting everyone else in the shit as a result.

With all due respect this is bollocks.

The 'I am greater than Messi attitude' is of your own thinking. He might think he's decent but that's as far as it goes.

Because if you listened to his interview he mentioned specifically that he'd need to work hard to achieve the "great" status.

Lastly he's already producing the goals this season with City. He's probably done better than Aguero.

I'd take Balotelli today. Environment is so key. Unfortuanately, we cannot afford players like Balotelli but I genuinely believe the stability and the class that Arsenal offer would help ground a player like that. Similarly, I think Ferguson could manage him into a calm young star. He's got more talent in his left butt cheek than any Arsenal player bar van Persie does in their entire footballing beings. He is the kind of guy you would want RVP feeding off of
