I think City is perfect for him, as Mancini can bench him if he misbehaves too much (not as much lately, with Dzeko struggling and Tevez on the outs, which just leaves Aguero), but the point is that with us, for example, he would be one of the main players and we would need to rely on him, making his tantrums more disruptive as we would have no choice but to put up with them.
